• Salary: From $48,000 to $70,000 per year

Position Summary

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our service customers. Your role is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing professional, courteous service and accurately managing vehicle repair and maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly and professionally.
• Inspect vehicles and review service history to identify customer needs.
• Promote and sell appropriate services, parts, and accessories with thorough product knowledge.
• Provide accurate estimates for cost and completion time, obtaining customer authorization.
• Monitor service progress and communicate any changes in cost, timelines, or recommended services to customers.
• Manage warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Confirm service appointments by telephone one day prior.
• Conduct post-repair follow-ups with customers.
• Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure quality service and communicate outcomes to customers.
• Comply with state and federal automobile repair and consumer protection laws.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with company values in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience as a service advisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record in the state of employment.
• Positive attitude with a high-energy personality.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
