Job Details

• Salary: $70,000 to $180,000 per year
• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Chicopee, MA 01020

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle issues accurately using experience, analysis, and testing procedures.
• Maintain the highest level of technical training and certification.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and ensure vehicles are clean during service or repair.
• Complete all necessary documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Support shop efficiency by maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including performing inventory and general shop duties.
• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and shop policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education classes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success.

Work Hours

This is a full-time position requiring a reliable and strong work ethic in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Master Certification with experience in dealer-level or large facility service operations.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented attitude.
• Basic computer and internet proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions.
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required.
